Good Morning

I have just gone to enter today's Spin to Win for Monday 26th September and I got the following message. 

The Spin to Win Entry route was opened in error on Thursday 22nd and any entries made are no longer valid. For those of you that have entered we apologise for any inconvenience

Above this message it states "Back Soon" but on the website it states "Closes 6pm today"

Is the competition still running or is me clicking on a broken link or similar?

I'm not sure where you saw the 6pm, they may have updated by now.
But the phone lines usually close at 9.30am the day of the competition. So I'd image the 6pm was an error too.

Yes they have changed it since I posted earlier today. It was showing "Closes at 6pm" which I thought was odd because as you say it always closes at 09.30. 

It has obviously been pulled for some reason so I will have to keep checking each day.

Just my thoughts, reason might have been holly and Phil skip a queue stuff and they might quit

Yes. That is what I thought as well.
