Help to buy and structural alterations

Hello- has anyone made structural changes to a house they have a help to buy loan on?
I am aware it will be declined as it isn’t for a medical reason, the guidance states that I will have to return the house to how it originally was, or pay the loan.
My question is does this mean the loans will need to be paid in full instantly or I can continue to pay the loan off with the added interested

You will need to get permission, but also any value been added by it you will also have to pay the extraDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
