    Yes, snowy_toes, I received one of those too. I was just wondering if Amazon had been trying out a system with LoveFilm during the last few months without telling us (the all-important customers). Could be an explanation for why their quality of service has plummeted during that time.

    I complained about the slow service and received the usual cryptic customer service email from Amazon in reply. They thought I was annoyed that the film on the top of my list wasn't sent out and so gave me a free rental.

    I'd respond again, putting them right, but I've been on that merry-go-round with Amazon before to the tune of around ten emails back and forth before they actually read what I wrote properly.

    It's really frustrating. Sigh.
