By saving 1p today, 2p tomorrow, 3p the following day and so on. I now have Christmas covered. I work from Nov 1 to 31 Oct and I now have in excess of £500!
I've still a little over a month to go but now I'm into £3.00 plus today it's getting difficult 😓

Start with the higher numbers as later in the year money gets tighter due to heating the home or ensuring hot meals are in the belly.
The 52 week challenge was easier as I'd randomly pick numbers and cross them off, if I had a bit of spare money I could get ahead.
Depending on your bank interest rate, that can help towards the payments too.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
I like the idea of a random picking. I could see a bit of fun out of this; buy a book of cloakroom tickets, put 365 into a bag and take pot luck every day - but Alexa is handier 😃MovingForwards said:Start with the higher numbers as later in the year money gets tighter due to heating the home or ensuring hot meals are in the belly.

Cheaper to write the numbers out on bits of envelopes, back of old bills etc and pop them in a hat 🤭Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1
