Spouse/partner/civil partner’s pension

I have received a Civil Service Spouse Pension since my wife died.  Does this count toward the Lifetime Allowance?

I've just read this https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/dependants-scheme-pensions/dependants-scheme-pensions and it seems that something changed from 6 April 2006.  However, I started receiving the Spouse Pension in 2005.

Do pensions for dependants count towards the Lifetime Allowance?

No. Pensions that are paid to dependants following the death of a member do not count towards the LTA of either the deceased member or the person getting the pension.
