Hitting my head against the wall - Sainsburys/Nectar card.

Some months ago, found our Sainsburys Nectar card was used at a location we had not visited at that time.

We informed Sainsburys/Nectar and a new set of cards was provided for both of us.

Since then which is now some 6 months, we have been collecting points from various places other than Sainsburys with the new cards.

But when visiting our local Sainsburys and at the till where we scan and shop, the display says we cannot use the collected point as we have done with the old card reducing the cost of our shopping.

Having contacted Nectar by phone and in store at Sainsburys several times, both are blaming each other with no resolution in site.

Anyone know of the Customer services contact/address for both Sainsburys and Nectar card, as to continue ringing either is a total waste of time.

Currently we do not shop at Sainsburys or anywhere associated with either, its their loss.

    Hi, I also have a Sainsbury's card and a Nectar card.

    I'd start off pursing the Nectar card as it seems to be a fault with their system. 

    Don't forget to also let them know that you are boycotting all the other organisations connected to Nectar. They don't like that.
