I work for a school and we need like a 100 mouse mats, does any one know of any companies or charity's that would give away 100 or so mouse mats?

I would suggest you try to the large employers in your area - particularly if they are the sort to have marketing material.  Does anyone at the school have any relationship (spouse, parent, room mate) who works for the local industry?  That would be a great place to start.

fyi - banks are quite good too - Barclays has often had roadshows where they give away all sorts of pens, mugs, etc.  Their Digital Eagles are IT focused and work with kids so you might try them.

Oh and I got a bag of about 50 plastic rulers from Unite Union via one of the local reps.

Pmd the team to move away from freebies board to one more appropriate.

    Good luck x

Keep your eyes open for any companies which are rebranding - in many cases virtually all their previous marketing material simply gets thrown out. Worth contacting design/advertising agencies and asking them if they have any clients going through this process and, if so, would they consider your school for any items which would otherwise be disposed of.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!
