NEST not helping with transfer out

Hello
I have recently started working for the Isle of Man Government, and want to transfer my NEST pension into the Isle of Man Public Sector Pension. The government provider sent NEST my request at the start of August, and NEST sent me a transfer form online.

The Isle of Man Public Sector Pension scheme is a QROPS (qualified registered overseas pension scheme), and the form NEST sent me says I need a separate form. I have phoned and messaged NEST many times since the start of August and they still haven't sent me their QROPS transfer out form. I have raised a few complaints and they keep saying they are looking into this, but they don't go any further.

I have phoned them and they say they will call me back, but they haven't yet. Does anyone know what further action I can take now, as NEST will not help me? I have seen there is a pension ombudsman, but is there anything else?

Does anyone know of any other contact details for nest, as they don't help with their online platform or by phone?

Thank you for your help.

I can fully appreciate your sense of frustration, but if you bombard an organisation like NEST with phone calls, messages and complaints, you are distracting them from actually getting on with the business of dealing with your query. Six weeks feels like an age when you are hoping to get on with something and just want to get it done; in the world of pensions, especially when a large part of the time you have been trying to progress this is peak holiday period, it's simply not realistic, particularly as they will need to make an identity check with a third party (Experian). Give them a chance to actually deal with your question instead of constantly chasing - a suggestion I make not so much to 'get them off the hook' but to save you tearing your hair out!

Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!
