Turkey Curry Help!!!

Hi there,
I could do with a little bit of help please. I did a full Xmas dinner yesterday (for best friends and goddaughter!) and now have the usual left over turkey.
It's the first time I have cooked a Xmas dinner so first time I have had the lovely leftovers. Lucky me:j :j
I did a turkey crown so only have white meat, yum! but wanted to make a gorgeous Turkey curry. I have only ever made a curry with raw meat and not pre cooked meat previously so could do with a fab receipe, quite mild because my 5 yr old DS will be eating it too.
I have looked on the British Turkey website but to no avail.
Any receipe ideas gratefully received. Thanks:A

This from the cooking index is in a simple curry sauce. Although the chicken is uncooked, there is no reason you can't use cooked chicken/turkey. CLICK HERE
