MyUS demand for money

I used this company about 10 years ago.  Now they are sending me demand for money for being a member.  Has anyone else had this problem and do they have right to do this?  Can they force me to pay?

    Pmd the team to move to a board on Tuesday when they are back as it’s currently not on one x
