Solar Together experiences?

I’d appreciate feedback from anyone who has participated in a local government Solar Together initiative. Feedback with respect to has the process actually delivered on it’s cost-saving promise? Was the estimate less than other comparable quotes? Was the installation carried our promptly? Were there any issues encountered…

I got a quote recently £10,500 for 16 panels and a 2.3 kwh battery, includes installation etc. I am in the process of getting more quotes which, so far, prove Solar Together aren't any cheaper. Also, I was put off having to pay £150 in advance for a survey, although they say it is refundable if you don't proceed. I know nothing about solar, since then I realise that 2.3 kwh isn't great capacity.
