Heart FM win

Hi everyone,

I have had a missed call on Wednesday followed by an email to let me know I was a winner of a Heart FM x TalkTalk competition, asking when is best to call me back.
I have replied half hour after advising I would be available anytime and also called back on the number on the email, but no one answered.
Since then, no call back and no replies to my email.

I have called 3 times and left a voicemail and also emailed back 3 times. I presume she will try and call me back at some point next week? Just find it strange sending an email then not replying or answering the phone...

Anyone had the same experience with Global.com? Thank you

Do you have the T&Cs to hand? It would be very unlikely that they will have picked another winner if you tried to reach out half an hour after you missed the call.

Some people can just be hard to get hold of, and with the bank holiday on Monday they may have taken time off for a long weekend.

I would probably just hold out until the end of next week and keep your audit trails safe. If you don't hear back from the person that contacted you then you could try reaching out via social media

The T&C's mention 28 days from notification. I will give it until the end of next week and see what happens, thank you

I have finally managed to speak to the lady at Global and she has confirmed I have won the TV and sound bar, so thank you @Comping_Rich! Hubby will be happy when we get them!
