Nationwide mortgage offer - likelihood of extension?

Hi, wondering if someone could give me an idea of how likely it is that a Nationwide mortgage offer might be extended please? For context, this is our buyers' mortgage which currently has an expiry date of mid Dec, and it would have been approved in June. Thank you

@kittenchops They might consider allowing an extension for a very short period to enable imminent completion but normally with Nationwide it expires at the end of 6 months (180 days to be precise) from the date that the offer was issued.KittenChops said:Hi, wondering if someone could give me an idea of how likely it is that a Nationwide mortgage offer might be extended please? Thank you @K_S, I had a feeling that would be the case. Fingers crossed we get there before that date...0
