I agree that it could be an email related problem. I tried a few times over the weekend on Outlook and never received the code, but just tried again using Gmail and it came straight through to my inbox.

I use Outlook and haven't had any problems.

I had the same problem, if you reduce the page size to 90% you can see the submit button  ( if anyone isn't tec savy If you hold down Ctrl button and use the scroll button on your mouse you will see the page shrink or enlarge) Best wishes all

I tried yesterday and the email never came through. Tried today, straight through and won a donkey!
