I agree that it could be an email related problem. I had the same problem, if you reduce the page size to 90% you can see the submit button ( if anyone isn't tec savy If you hold down Ctrl button and use the scroll button on your mouse you will see the page shrink or enlarge) Best wishes allLockie21 said:i entered code but nothing happened.
