Please confirm before taking action, but there used to be a rule where if you spent over £2,000 in one receipt from one supplier the it was vat free and expensible.
For ltd companies.
Doesn't work if deliveries from different fullfillers on Amazon but one payment transaction.
But if you buy a laptop, monitor, office furniture from bohn hewis then maybe ok0 -
You appear to be referring to one of the criteria for VAT-registered business operating under flat rate scheme. I remember that the rules were very precise but it was a bit of a find when I needed to replace everything. Saved £400. I guess may not apply to this person until they reach the VAT threshold0
