What will be checked if my landlord remortgages?

Hello! Landlord is remortgaging the house I rent, just wondering what checks will be done on me (will it be as simple as seeing who lives in the property, or will credit checks etc be done on me?) Thanks!

No checks will be done on you. They might come around to see the house, but not to judge you - just to make sure its still standing.

@aphumphries If an internal inspection is required for the valuation, the valuer may check to confirm that there aren't any signs of the property being an HMO or otherwise problematic issues (eg: signs of someone living in an outbuilding, etc.) with respect to letting. Beyond that the remortgage process has nothing that relates to you.
