How do I find the pension

I have recently discovered a pension form signed by my dad who passed away 5 years ago. My mum is unsure if she ever received anything from it or indeed if she is even entitled to anything. The company he worked for has now dissolved and there is no name re who the pension provider was. Any ideas how I can get more information on this? The only details are my dads name, address and the company he worked for

You can give the Pensions Tracing Service a try since you know the employer etc.

As well as the above can you get your hands on your mum's bank statements from around the time of his death to a year or so later? You may discover she got a lump sum.

If you get nowhere there are people on here with access to pensions databases and if you mention the company he worked for they may be able to trace it.

Could you give a bit more info about what 'the pension form' is called if it has any sort of title at the top? If not, could you post a screenshot (minus any identifying information such as name or NI number, to avoid any possible embarrassment to your mum), or simply give an indication of what it says, when he signed it and what he signed up for?
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!
