Hi, can we put the bonus into company pension? If so, how does this work?
Do I just inform the company that I would like the bonus to go into my pensions?

That’s what I’ve done in the past, but you need to speak to your own payroll/HR to find out if it’s possible.
If the company pension scheme you’re in operates salary sacrifice then you get the added benefit of saving the NI as well as the tax.0
