I set up an Ipsos account a week ago with a new email address I had created. Had a problem with the email and couldn't remember the password and eventually got locked out of it and can't access it. I have messaged Ipsos 3 times now asking them to change my email address to a different one and explained why, but so far have had no response.  Anyone got any experience of how long they normally take? I am hoping they are not emailing me at the address which I am locked out of, I did explain that I can't get into it, but I wonder if some people don't read messages correctly.    IF they don't reply I will have to set up a completely new account, but I have over 1100 points waiting to claim
