Anyone know of HSBC request more bank statements?

Hey, Have had formal mortgage offer via a Broker. Just waiting for things to progress.

Does anyone know if HSBC request any further bank statements before completion? Finances are absolutely fine but I need to start purchasing some substantial things and dont want to cause and concern. Thanks in advance if anyone knows

@gaz012012 Can't speak for what may/mayn't happen in your specific case but generally speaking I can't recall any of my HSBC cases having required an updated bank statement post-offer.

Hi Gaz you will be all good with hsbc. I did have to send a final up to date bank statement to the solicitor prior to completion to prove the account where deposit was being paid from.

I don’t know about HSBC 
But Barclays didn’t even want any of my sons bank statements 
just his p60 wage slips and proof of deposit

From my experience with them, they didn't request any further documents so I reckon you'll be fine.
