Good Morning All, hope that someone out there can help me? Trying to find an email to make a complaint. I know I know.... The only email I can find is for their Monopoly Game. Many thanks

They seem to have removed all trace of it from their website, as you say - I wonder if they are getting too many complaints?

I can;t help with an e-mail address but have you tried the 'virtual assistant' in the bottom corner here(In my experience, with some of these if you can enter 'help' or 'talk to a human' you can get to virtual chat to an actual person rather than the bot)0

Maybe - but they're also receiving all the complaints re UberEats/Deliveroo/JustEat and the fact that the majority of stores are now franchisees who give their contact details on receiptpumpkin89 said:customerservices@mcdonalds.co.uk
