DRO period over but defaults being added to old accounts

Hello,
so my DRO 1 year period ended in March but a credit card company which was under that DRO have marked on my credit file that the account is still open with an outstanding balancing and it’s had monthly defaults added to it. I understand a DRO and default marker will be there for total 6 years but surely they shouldn’t be adding new defaults every month and my credit file shows all other previous accounts closed except this one.

They were definitely notified of the DRO and haven’t chased me so they know my account was under a DRO, I just need advice as to why they’re adding monthly default markers and what can I do? Should I write to them or have I got this confused? Thanks
