Locked out of my Prolific Account on my Tablet and in Firefox
I tried to log in to my Prolific account on my Tablet and this notice came up:
PEC-AS-0006: Your account has been locked. Please contact support to remove the lock."
I can access my account on my laptop in Chrome but, on my laptop in Firefox the same notice as above comes up.
I have contacted support but I wonder what the problem could be and how long it may be before Prolific are able to get back to me.
I think I may have made a typing error logging in but, as far as I know I have not done anything wrong. My login details on my laptop on Chrome are 'saved' and I wonder if this is why I seem to be able to access my account there.
I'll appreciate any help when I am waiting to hear from Prolific. I have not had any notifications on Chrome (where I am still logged in) but I am not sure if, without seeing an error code there, it means that I can still receive any study notifications there.
