Are there any companies take 100% child maintenance, universal credit and child benefit into account? My current lender only takes 60% of these which is stopped me getting a mortgage!

Child maintenance and benefit can be used by a lot of lenders - depending on the age of the children and whether or not the maintenance is through csa/court ordered.
UC will depend on the elements.
Speak to a broker, they can look at the options for you.
