Child maintenance

Child maintenance is supposed to help towards gas electric costs. At this rate it will be covering it all with no money for food or clothes! It’s a shocking state of affairs atm 😞 it really needs reviewed!

It's supposed to cover HALF the cost of heating a home that has children compared to the cost of heating a home that does not have children. The other half is supposed to be paid by the resident parent.

thanks appreciate that my point is the way it is increasing the maintenance payment will be required to cover it all due to the massive increases we are currently experiencing!

 Your ex is also experiencing massive increases!

It's a bit of a conundrum isn't it? Costs are skyrocketing and its not fair to burden only the RP with that increase, but equally increased maintenance payments are unaffordable.

Thank God we've got the best person on the job now - Liz... erm... Truss.... oh dear, get me out of here!
