Where abouts on your account are you looking? Is it whole days? What were your generation and consumption during the missing data?4.3kW PV, 3.6kW inverter. Octopus Agile import, gas Tracker. Zoe. Ripple x 3. Cheshire1

I find some days are missing now and then but usually Octopus "find" them a few days later.
They've "lost" my gas reading for 30th Aug at the moment so I haven't had the end of the month bill yet but I expect it will be sorted in a few days.
If the readings are still missing after a couple of weeks, get in touch with them and the smart team will get on it and do some magic data pulling.Barnsley, South Yorkshire

I'm missing readings for 29th August (which was a great day for export). It's the first one that has disappeared since the meter was installed last year, so hoping it will get picked up at some point. I have noticed that the update process has been more erratic lately; data was normally available by 8AM, but sometimes it appears much later. There is an article on the Ocotopus website that explains how complex it is getting this data, so not suprised that there are issues:

recently changed to octopus and they have put me on the agile outgoing tariffm, but can only take import readings: they cannot get export or gas readings from the meter. How can they read the meter one way but not another??

Thanks EricMears - actually we were already exporting to Octopus via the ordinary 4.1p tariff beforehand. The meter has both the export and import MPAN and they have both already - I think there is probably a faulty communication hub in the meter
I think they will compensate me for the outgoing at an averaged-out rate though.

Funnily enough mine is missing for the 29th August too, hopefully it will turn up soon...
