Runner Beans

Our runner beans have gone absolutely crazy and I am inundated with them!!

We have had them steamed, stir-fried, cooked in cheese sauce, and added to curries and casseroles.  I have given loads away, and have made a dozen jars of chutney.  Today DH picked another box full (approx 4lb) and still they keep coming!  I have checked out existing old threads on them and am now looking for some new ideas and inspiration.  HELP!!

Wish I was near you- I love runner beans.....

In 'olden days' they used to salt beans to keep them, then rinse/soak them before cooking.

I'd be freezing them as they keep very well this way.
