Question for a MA

Took a 90% LTV mortgage out with Kent Reliance in 2020.
House has gone up 55k since then meaning we owe 195k and property is worth circa £270k.
Have taken a personal loan out for home improvements but now would like to really like to remortgage / further advance to reduce monthly payments with increasing energy bills incoming.
What LTV will Kent typically go up to for a further advance (perfect repayment record with mortgage company and no credit issues for 5 years)?

@aqua1985 Their range is currently capped at 85% LTV as per their published product guide. Not sure if there's a different cap if the further advance is for debt consolidation.
