Actifry

After somone mentioned an Actifry - I want one!!!

There's no way I can justify £150 though, not when there's just 2 of us (and we don't have chips/fried food every day. Is it really just another gadget or are there lots of fans out there?

  • We got one from Costco last week for £99, but you do need to be a member unless you know somebody to get one for you.
  • Yes, I know, I looked into it, but I am not eligable and I don't know anyone who is. £115 on ebay is an excellent compromise, my nearest costco is 50 miles away, so add in petrol costs as well.
Really is an excellent product, just did sausages, marvellous. :D

I love my actrifry too - had it about 2 weeks, got it from Costco for £99.

Yes chips do take 25 mins but there is no heating up so take the same anount of time as using a fryer and the chips are much healthier too.

Made a chicken stir fry in it tonight and that was lovely too. also used it for sausages and onions - yummy

Done one of those platters from the shops - the ones with wedges, rings, mushrooms and they were all lovely and crispy - no soggy bits

I would recommend it to anyone .....
