Symbio / Credit Style

I was a customer of failed energy company Symbio when they collapsed. Unlike most people, I owed them money when they went under. I was contacted by the administration team and set up a payment plan with them to repay the money I owed. I have been paying the amount every month since then, and the debt was fully paid off yesterday. I did this via bank transfer and can prove that the money has been sent.
I've received a letter from Credit Style informing me that I owed money. The amount was far in excess of what I actually owed at that point. I did not respond to this letter. I have now received a letter from CST law, saying pretty much the same thing, that I owe the same figure.
I want to respond appropriately. I have read the Prove It letter, but it seems that that is relevant when one doesn't know where the debt arose. Would it still be useful to send it in this instance? How do I proceed?

You can just respond, in writing, email will do.
Tell them what you told us. You owed X. You have paid this by Y instalments of Z, concluding on 31 August 2022.
Please check your records. I do not owe any money to you or the organisation you claim to represent0
