Newbie Question - Should I pay National Insurance Credit top-ups?

Apologies for the stupid question! Complete newbie trying to get my finances sorted. I'm 55, stay at home mum, have checked my national insurance record and it says I have 35 years of full contributions and I will get a state pension of £185.64 a week/£9686.43 a year. Years 18/19, 19/20 and 20/21 are not full and I have the option of topping up £126.80, £824.20 and £795.60 for the relevant year's shortfalls. I was going to pay but having read up on this site I don't think that there is any benefit for me to do so... but I'm doubting my logic and would appreciate other's views. Many thanks

If your post is 100% accurate then there would be no benefit in paying for those 3 years as you already over the standard new State Pension amount.
Does your State Pension forecast say something like you cannot improve your forecast anymore?1 -
Dazed_and_C0nfused (great name - sums me up!), thanks for replying - I've just checked and it does say that "You cannot improve your forecast any more", which as you say there would be no benefit in paying for the 3 years. Thanks again - you've reassured me that I don't need to pay - huge relief.0
