What interest rates are you getting for your new mortgages?

Hi all,

I've got 3.25% locked in but there is a £995 fee with Coventry BS. It was offered on a flat but I changed my mind.

I'm guessing I am best off sticking with this then, rates do look higher.

LTV is around 65%.

I've just been offered 3.5% fixed for 3/5/7 years from Santander for retention with no fee.

3.19% with £999 product fee. I think I'll take the 3.5 3 year fee free fix. 

Our LTV is around 20%

Got our offer 2 weeks ago with Natwest Green Remortgage at 3.24% - we took 5 years and out LTV is 63%. Green mortgage is a discount on the rate if you have an EPC rating of A or B.

My mum is going through her application now also with Natwest and hers is at 3.49% for 5 years at 60%LTV - awaiting the decision on this one.

Just got 3.15% on 5 year fix with 60% LTV from Barclays as an existing customer.
