Try looking on the travel board and see if there are good ideas there. I think it's Travelodge that do rooms for £25 per night if you book online and in advance, which would be a good price for London, but you'll need to book early and expect to travel some distance. I think I'd make convenience of getting to/from the airport one of my criteria for where to look!

    Hi.. congrats on your tickets...
We have used travel inn on anumber of occassions. They are close to tube stations too. we got one last AUG for £49 a night.. but 4 of us shared the room, so a very good price. Enjoy the concert!

Hotel Meridiana is 2mins walk away from kings cross and is £30 a night single (not en-suite)

Im staying there Sunday night after Greenday (i can't get home but its cheaper to get a same day return ticket and stay in london than Milton Keynes)

EDIT: If you haven't got someone to go with you, i'll come :hello: ;)
I remember when this was just a little website! :money:

Try Smooth Hound for the smaller hotel/B&B. There are loads around the Earls Court area.

    Few suggestions:
    • Regents Palace- massive hotel in the middle of Picadilly Circus. Some room are ensuite, some aren't and you'll need to use one of the many loos or shower rooms dotted around. If you don't bother with en-suite cost is cheaper, old but very clean.
    • International Student House Hostel- excellent value, variety of twin, quad and dorm rooms available. They didn't check to see if I was a student when I went. Rooms not ensuite, but secure. Recommended if money's tight. Located just off Oxford Street and near the tube.
I expect you'll need to book quick as everybody else will have the same idea- I think prices will also be high no matter where you look.
:idea:I got an idea, an idea so smart my head would explode if I even began to know what I was talking about:idea:
