How long are target taking to redeem at the moment?
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

No Idea.
It has to be done direct between borrower and Target so we don't have close enough involvement to be able to say.I am a mortgage broker. Possibly. If the PX value is higher than the RICS valuation you will be better off doing it before the "sale."I am a mortgage broker.
