Santander tracker - what does this mean

Hi

can anyone please advise what this means? My broker is not sure.
I do not know why there is no status on the valuation and what UW PSD means?
Thanks

To me that reads as though your broker can log in to see the current status?

When our valuation was done, it took 3-4 days to then get an email confirming the offer had been issued.
  • Thank you, I did wonder that but figured surely he would be use to this or know to use the link but you never know, so I will text him tomorrow.

@kizzy1926 FYI, these are the two status trackers that the Santander portal shows me for client applications -

    Overall status -

    Valuation details -

We had a quick response opportunity from the UW on Thursday and on Friday that appeared as a PSD on the tracker.

@kingstreet, are you suggesting it just means a quick response was provided within their SLA? Do you know what PSD means?
    Thanks

Nope. It means they tell us if we get them something within four hours of it being requested, they will deal with it rather then stick it to the bottom of the pile again.

On Friday we had a "UW ML4H" added to the tracker which suggests that is the code for the four hour response window.
