Qualifying state pension entitlement under new NI thresholds

Please could someone clarify whether low earners, who since the latest budget, no longer pay NI from their wages, still get a qualifying state pension credit added next April.
I earn £10,000 and have stopped paying National Insurance (although my employer still does). Will I still get a NI credit to contribute to my qualifying years for state pension?
Thanks
