We moved house but got a bridging loan and had to pay additional Stamp Duty as we owned 2 houses for a short time. The additional Stamp Duty is reclaimable if you sell the first house within 12 months.
We applied for the refund a month ago - does anyone know how long it should take for the money to arrive back with us?
