So BOE predictions of 2.25% and fixed rates at above 4% by year end. What the actual....

I am now contemplating my two year fixed at 60-75% LTV will be 5% by mid next year from 1.4%!

    Many of us are in the same boat, and quite a few people around here (including myself) have decided to fork out the early repayment charge and fix for longer now, at the current interest rates. Predictable outgoings are key.
