Autumn/Winter “NO Oven” Recipes Please

I've found most things that would go in the oven are pretty decent in the air fryer. The only thing I'm not fond of are the air fried roast potatoes, but that's OK as they are a treat (and only done if fully filling up the oven). The only thing you have to be wary of is temperature (I find the air fryer doesn't need to be as hot as an oven) and the timings. So, today for example I'll be roast a whole chicken in my air fryer. It takes around an hour at 170c. I use my slow cooker for gammon joints and stews/ragu/soups. I don't use my microwave very often, apart from an occasional chocolate mug cake or to heat some milk.
