    I am a bit confused by the tie breaker. Do you only fill it in if you do 'the recommend a friend' bit ?

    once you submit you get a chance to nominate 3 friends and at the bottom it asks for tiebreaker,
    i didnt bother referring anyone, i also said i was a prof advisor , well i am of sorts ,as the refer a friend bit says they have to be prof advisors.
