Hi,
I was wondering if someone could point my in the right direction with regards to a mortgage in principle. With regards to showing income I am under the impression that its 3 months worth of pay-slips that I would need to show. Is this correct or does it vary depending on who you are dealing with?
Thank you

It varies from lender to lender. I did a case today where they wanted 1 payslip.
I did one earlier in the month where they wanted 26 payslips (she is paid weekly) and a P60.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. @lew_b1990 If you're doing a mainstream lender AIP/DIP direct, it's based on whatever you key in, no documentation is usually required at that stage.lew_b1990 said:Hi,

If you're going through a broker, they will usually review your payslips to make sure that the AIP/DIP is keyed in correctly, as per the specific lender's criteria and to maximise income. As a standard requirement, I get 3 payslips but it can be more if there is variable income involved.I am a Mortgage Adviser - You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
