Hi All
I am looking at removing an old open fire back boiler and replacing with the new multi fuel stove and have a few questions
1. Do i require a Building Control application for this?
2. I am a confident DIY'er, is there a specific type of lintel required to install once i remove the brick work.
Any advice of anyone who has done this themselves would be appiciated.
Thanks
