Charging order/ Debt sold on

I had an original debt with Creation Consumer Finance who put a Interim charging order on my jointly owned house in 2012. They sold my debt to Arrow Global in 2019.
Does Arrow Global now own the charging order ?
I have looked at the title register and Drydens Fairfax request written notice.
I wish to request a suspension so I can remortgage to a fixed rate.
Who do I write to Arrow Global or the Court.
Thank you

arrow you would need to write to, why not get it cleared or stay with same lender
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

I would love to clear the debt, unfortunately this isn't an option at present. I wish to prevent further debt by securing a remortgage with a more affordable fixed deal. My current mortgage has increased a lot in the last few months.

  • Does anyone know if the Charging order can be transferred from one Creditor to another?
