The advice above is good and the people here are helpful.It may sound scary but most here have been in a similar position or provide help to people in situations like yourself.Noone will give advice that will actually get you in trouble (and if bad advice is given it will be pointed out to you).The companies chasing debt / selling IVA's will try to panic you into situations to make it seem their solution is the only viable one. They are doing it for their benefit first and foremost not yours.Good luck and post up your SOA.May you find your sister soon Helli.
