Tesco Delivery Saver Reward Partner Codes

For two years I've been using my Tesco Clubcard vouchers for payment towards their delivery saver (3x value) but I received an email from Tesco today saying that this perk is coming to an end. Ah well, it was good while it lasted...
"We wanted to let you know about the changes we're making to the value of your Delivery Saver Reward Partner codes.
From 14 November 2022, when you exchange your Clubcard vouchers, your Delivery Saver Reward Partner codes will be worth the same value as your vouchers – they will no longer be worth 3x their value. You can still use your vouchers towards any of the 3 Delivery Saver plans.
You'll continue to get 3x your Clubcard voucher value until 14 November, and they’ll retain this value for 6 months from when you exchange them".

I saw they did similar with their phone plans, and feared this was going to happen. Real blow to me, I'm going from 'free' deliveries with a few spare clubcard vouchers on top to having to actually pay real money.
With my mid-week pass expiring in January and the replacement 'afternoon' off-peak suiting me less, I think its time to switch to another supermarket. At least I have a few more months to decide - I could eke out another year of 'free' off-peak if I paid upfront but I'm loathed to switch to an afternoon/evening slot.0 -

The off-peak option now being deliveries after 3 pm does seem like a strange change, but I guess it will suit some people. It's also odd that it doesn't include priority access for Xmas when the cheaper "click and collect" option does.0 -
