Help with P55 form please

The name address of pension provider and PAYE ref number. Obviously name address etc is straight forward but how do i get the PAYE ref number?
Any Pension flexibilty lump sum payments received. Presume this is the gross figure i withdrew.
If i dont fill this form out and just leave it i presume end of tax year the HMRC will automatically refund me at some point.
I am a normal rate taxpayer have no other income other than my job .

Did the Pru issue a "payslip" when you accessed your pension?

doris540 said:Firstly excuse me asking simple questions but just wanted to clarify. Accessed my Pru pension and withdrew a amount from it . This was obviously taxed at higher level than it should. So need to fill out this form to claim it back. I am still in full time employment and do not contribute to any pension scheme whatsoever at the moment and havent done for best part of 2 years.

Depending on the scheme you are either missing out on free money from your employer or a valuable DB pension or could even be paying more tax than you need to.
Either ask Prudential or check your Personal Tax Account on gov.uk, once the details have been received by HMRC you should be able to see the PAYE reference number there.
