I've been suffering a lot with IBS type symptoms and I was thinking of giving probiotic tablets a try. Can anyone recommend a particular product they've used in the past.

    I'd recommend you first got tested if it's not small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO). If it's SIBO, probiotics can worsen a discomfort. If you test negative for SIBO, probiotics are an excellent treatment option for IBS.
