Buy to let mortgage within two weeks - is it possible?

Have you actually exchanged yet?
If not, the simplest resolution is to agree a later completion date.
People in the chain may moan but they are not going to pull out over it.

Thanks, we haven’t exchanged yet but a later completion date doesn’t work for us (baby due October) or the people we’re buying from for similar reasons. We can get the money from stocks but we would rather avoid that if possible
