Anyone had to ask for a mortgage extension with Kent reliance?

    @doorlock21 Assuming that you're talking about a non-new-build offer (usually valid from 3 months from issue), the KR process for extension is that I can ask for an extension on a month-by-month basis by adding a note to the case on their system and uploading a memo confirming that there is no material changes in the client's circumstances. The underwriter will then pick it up and review it.

    Sorry bit confused! 

    Our house we are buying is a new build. 
    What is the likely hood of them doing that? Any experiences?

    our mortgage broker said he isn’t optimistic!
