A mortgage term extension or a mortgage offer extension?I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. @doorlock21 Assuming that you're talking about a non-new-build offer (usually valid from 3 months from issue), the KR process for extension is that I can ask for an extension on a month-by-month basis by adding a note to the case on their system and uploading a memo confirming that there is no material changes in the client's circumstances. The underwriter will then pick it up and review it.Doorlock21 said:Anyone had to ask for a mortgage extension with Kent reliance?I am a Mortgage Adviser - You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
