Company Dissolved - Final Corp Tax not submitted

Hi, A company has been dissolved, and the final accounts submitted with Companies House, but the Corp Tax return has not been filed.
On HMRC the option to submit, and indeed view previous returns is no longer available from the Business Tax account.
Any ideas how to go about sorting out?

You can’t submit it once struck off. The HMRC systems will reject the submission as the company no longer exists.

Is there a liability? Technically HMRC could apply to get the company reinstated if they believe the company owes tax, but they would only do that if it’s a material amount.

Asking for a friend... what do they consider a "material amount" @MDMD?

Also asking for a friend is there a time period after which the  company could not be reinstated even though there was an outstanding corporation tax bill owed by the struck off company? Three years? Six years? Seven years?
